You need classify what you mean by genetics really... - Genetics to get big? - Genetics to get/stay lean? - Genetic shape/structure (ie Branch Warren ugly or Shawn Ray/Flex Wheeler impressive) - etc For me getting big and having a decent structure is simple. I actually stay relatively lean, I never lose my mid section now... this has been a year on year thing though, each year after a competition I just don't seem to get as fat as the last. But to get insanely lean - that's another thing all together. Look up a guy called Michael Locket... Saw him at Fibo. Everyone goes on about what a genetic freak he is, and how he's always lean and full and round and looks like an alien. I always brushed it off as hype. But fucksake no... Very real! Genetics are a thing! I couldnt care less about what anyone assumes he's on, that look he has isn't built on tren and Masteron! I've seen genetic mungrels blast fuck tonnes of AAS and they still look nothing like he would having never touched a barbell. It just isn't a level playing field. At all. Anyone who thinks that is hugely in denial. People have to realise that just because because they can't attain something or they haven't seen it happen doesn't mean it isn't happening somewhere else.
Funny story about Michael locket over at fibo. The Europeans have zero shame or filter!! In the toilet, he's stood there taking a piss and some European walks about two meters behind him, eyes wide open and starts nodding and being impressed (not sure if it was his muscle or something else... But whatever...). European guy his phone out and starts taking photos of Locket while he's takin a piss! Lockets stood there like wtf?! The European guy walks out. Locket finishes and see me laughing myself and laughs as well shaking his head. He realised I was English speaking and said something like "so damn rude" it was almost like this sort of thing happened all the time abroad.
TBF I wouldn't have said he was gay - he just gave zero shits taking pics while someone was taking a piss
Yes mate. Signed up to just get some ideas about upper lower splits and then saw his log. It's quite informative but sometimes he comes across as having a bit of a chip on his shoulder. I wonder if he remembers that he's speaking to paying members sometimes. Tbf though, he does get some daft questions.
If most people were on 2g+ a week, nailed their diet and training they'd look decent wouldn't they. Hardly ground-breaking stuff is it.
Train upper one day Then next time u go, train lower Then go back next time, and train upper After that, day or 2 later, pop back for lower Not sure on the last bit tho @jp plz confirm
