Well i have dropped carbs completely now in my prepped meals, and going to try a small refeed Thurs in my evening meal... Then again on my Sunday meal... Then I'm off away for 4 days so I'm not too arsed about it this week tbh
Hunger is kicking in big time now!! Almost chewed my arm off waiting for this to cook lol T5 should hopefully be here tomorrow...
T5 arrived aswell as some more Rip200.... Really struggling today with lethargy so hoping this will change tomorrow now! Ha my only issue is that they got yohimbe in them... Made me feel sick as a dog last time I tried it.
Been busy so not updated... Did pull session this morning... But I was so tired, literally got back from gym at 6.30 and went back to bed till 7.15am.i think this no carbs is starting to take its toll now.. So going I'm going to add them back in Mon. T5s are decent, but under dosed maybe.feel warm... But not sweaty and agitated, and hunger has been non existant... Been taking one 7am, 10am and 12pm. They feel quite clean if that makes sense.
Buzzing today... Jumped on the scales and I'm 14st 12lbs! So thats near enough St and half lost in 6 weeks. Still feeling flat and deflated mind but I know this is just in my head because of the low carbs. Did push sess today... BW dips 5 x failure (FORGOT DIPPING BELT) Incline hammer press 5x5 (worked up to 55kg each side) Pec deck flyes 5xfailure Smith machine shoulder press 5x5 Lateral plate raises Shrugs Then rope pull down, with straight bar pull downs super set 5 x failure No cardio... Headphones died again!!
