yes but buying bulk is cheaper and better quality from supermarkets if you shop around the majors online... they deliver.... and the quality is higher and customer service will be too IMO

    https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/shop/fresh-food/fresh-meat-and-poultry/fresh-chicken?page=2

    took 2 mins

chicken breast from MF is 27 for 5kg / 5.40 kg
Tesco (already cut) chicken breast is 24.25 for 5k / 4.85 kg (11% cheaper)
Tescor Regular chicken breast is 5.00 per kg (7.5% cheaper)

I literally just searched 1 supermarket....

Planet Organic is a good place to order them. What I do is order by bulk to save money. I also hate running out of ingredients for my meal plan, so this ones like hitting two birds with one stone thing for me.

P.S. I follow a Paleo diet and my goal is to spend the least I can and get the best deals for my meals. In any case, living healthy can be expensive so I search both online and offline stores to follow this one article: https://understandingpaleo.com/how-to-eat-paleo-on-a-budget/

Athleat are very good quality. All organic / grassed / sang to by angels.

I got ill off Makro 5kg chicken a while ago... Stuff always stunk and gave off loads of shit when you cooked with it. Athleat's has no odour at all, they look the size of chicken breasts rather than dinosaur bird breasts and they also taste a lot better when cooked.

Red meat is very good too.

    Haven't looked back since
