This is the second time I've pinned my delts and afterwards I get pain and swelling in my delts for days. I know I'm pinning in the right place, i take my time when realising the test e into the muscle and its never happened before. Why is this?
it hard to say, it's still a new site, do you get any pip in other areas, what gear etc... you are pushing a bulb of oil into tissue it would be unsurprising if it wasn't tender don't you think ?
Ye makes sense, just wanted to make sure it wasn't just me, if it's relatively normal then that puts me at ease. Thanks.
you're going to get a achy 'dead arm' type feeling with most initial shots, this can be pretty bad and even debilitating ( quads for me ) and the drug, concentration or carrier oils can all have a big effect. generally just referred to as PIP it's normal bit of swelling etc also if it gets really hot, you get a temperature etc it's possibly an infection. be sterile in you inj practice, buy from what you believe to be a good lab and errrrr roll the dice
Ive had loads of red swellings over the years and actually felt fluey of the jab, warm to touch etc but touch wood never progressed to anything worse
I did a cycle pinning in delts. Never again! I'll stick to the arss. I'm no professional ped user but I can't see any reason to inject a site other then the glute.
Probably been a shitty idea but I’ve been pinning shoulders for 9 months now. Up to 1.5ml in both arms when on a blast… 0.5ml in one shoulder rotating each week during trt dosage. Now and again I’d have a hard lump for 2-4 days but pretty rare… maybe 1 jab out of 8 jabs I’d have a lump. What needles are you using? I find orange is the best for shoulders I heat the syringe with my oil in it under a hot tap for 45 seconds before I inject so you don’t have to push it out that hard and end up moving the needle around whilst in your arm
You've answered your own question there mate. Start to rotate sites (not just delts) regularly or you're heading for serious scar tissue and possibly even necrosis. Extreme cases would lead to gangrene and amputation of limbs. Rotate other sites if you're on the gear long term mate !
