Thats what MP Pros look like. Some are very big indeed. But still its about an overall look.... magazine type. He has also won a few Amateur Olympia Classes but got pipped in the overall, and had feedback from a number of the top IFBB pro league judges so its definately what they are looking for
as a BB - of course they lack that WOW factor, hence why there are a few classes, MP the most attainable, open BB the most unattainable with Classic and 212 in between.
So I’m still pushing up food and scale weight for the next two weeks. That will then take me to 8 weeks of growing so far
The deca will be on its way out by then and I will be switching to ace and prop at a very low dose to see firstly if can still get stronger in such a low dose and secondly and more importantly I will look to hold food where it is and recomp a little. Knowing my body I’m sure this will happen
That should take me to Christmas time and then I will look to push on again for another 12 weeks with primo in the mix

Food is becoming a little bit more of an issue now as in trying to get it all as as hunger is on its way out.
Also acid reflux is becoming more apparent so digestion is suffering
Can’t get on this recomping phase quick enough
Apple cider vinegar will help acid reflux massively.

I am 40 lbs over my leanest body weight after last cut so I’ve done ok in regards eating. But it’s not just starting to take its toll with appetite and bloat

Today I started 4 weeks of leaning down a touch. The way my body works I reckon I’ll be 200lbs by the end of it and ready to go again from a leaner start point
Getting stronger session by session and really enjoying what I’m doing
Push pull legs 2 rotations for each
I’m gonna stick to diet as I don’t wanna drop cals out and also as I’ve dropped out the cheats I will def lose weight anyway
My aim is to keep getting stronger through these 4 weeks and that’s why I’ve brought in the trenbolone big guns
