What's best, seems pca are getting stronger...are they Run better? People still slagging off ukbff shows poorley Run etc...there are a choice of shows in October but the pca Final is a year later...
PCA seem to be the best run outfit I went to the PCA finals a few weeks ago and I'd say the overall standard of competitors was higher too Plus they give prize money for winners
cheers this is what im hearing, and yes the standard is high so ive been told,,is the pca day and night show?
All done and dusted in the day All competitors on stage do their 1/4 turns and comparisons then a pose down. The judges pick their top 6 from this who then do their own routines and then comparisons. Awards are given there and then. No waiting around or fucking about
PCA are working towards lengthening the time each competitor gets on stage for next year too if I remember correctly...
I did nabba this year which is run in a similar way re judging and awards I was at the PCA finals watching my mate/posing coach compete in the masters over 55s What class are you thinking of?
yes nabba like that now too...over 50's but pca is over 45 and that opens up a bigger field in terms of,quality imo hard for someone maybe competing with people at that age,,there are amazing bb in there 40's
ive competed with the pca before it was called the PCA... the muscletalk show in 2015 was the first qualifer for their british finals. Got my noggin on one of their posters too. Is the PCA better? Depends on how you grade things. Swings and roundabouts...same with UKBFF and NABBA... I compete with the UKBFF but i'm not a total fan-boy as i dont like a number of areas with them and have voiced them... number of classes is getting like the pure elite shows...35 and rising. stage time is stupidly low. The loyalty issue forces you to stay away if you ever have an idea of competing elsewhere...bit dramatic. I'm not looking for a pro card, just to collect cool trophies and kick ass on stage. Next year will be a reflection of that
