Peak Week Lymes, Any Advice?

So it's 9 days until the show I currently intend to do a carb depletion Monday until Wednesday and then Thursday to Sunday carb up. My glycogen stores are already very depleted anyway due to huge amounts of training in the last 2 weeks. So I won't be going zero carb. I intend to do 125/100/75 mon/tues/wed. And then carb up moderately as this is my first time, Thursday I will have 300g of carbs sticking to sweet potato and rice as a carb source. I will then look at the situation Friday to see if I need to increase the carbs as I am a little concerned of loosing tightness.

Any advice/tips would be welcome.
 
Peak week or whatever the trendy thing to call it, is the mother of all F ups. Don’t go searching for that elusive 1% that doesn’t probably exist and also most likely will cause you to regress 10%.

never understood depletion...

dig a hole and then try and climb your way out of it?
go next to no carbs to throw a super load of carbs back in
"super compensation"... or roll the dice and go from looking great to looking watery and shit.

i dont deplete, as you said, if you have been training hard and dieting hard you are already depleted.
add in carbs between wed/thursday and use friday/saturday to dry out.... gauge sunday.
with zero training or cardio friday/saturday you will not go flat.
did this twice last year and loved the results.

No no one is helping me, done whole prep on my own. Part from the wife. I am currently eating between 125g and 200g of carbs a day depend on how bad I feel lol. I'm not as lean as I could have been as at 3 weeks out I was well off but have made a lot of progress since.
 
@Incredible Bulk the issue is, your way(which I agree with) doesn't sound sexy enough.

Diet for months on chicken and rice, deplete like crazy, and then start loading up on 1000g plus carbs from random sources your body hasn’t had in months.

Other things that seem popular in my gym currently;
Why not throw slin into the mix “get that extra fullness” Load up on anadrol “skin bursting pumps”
siting every body part with 1ml of x compound, arms, delts, lats, quads

you're right!!! add in a few muffins too...aceto (or his PA ) told me...by a cut n paste email as i'm one of his athletes that i pay £3000 for.

Haha - I must admit Chis Aceto, is one of the few guys who I would like to work with. Went to his seminar with Shawn Rhodden and hes was very honest.

im currently reading one of his books, very done the line straight to the point guy... i'd like to work with him too but his name is popular and easy for an example of a guru people jump into bed with just to say on FB they are working with them lol.

BRB, offseason with dennis james.... £3000...not training with him...seeing him....talking to him....just emails... saying "keep it up bro!"

BRB, water loading to 12 litres a day and cutting out the water....wondering 1 day later why i'm retaining so much and feel like death :D
