Phmg: 100kg Challenge

Shoulders tonight. And arms because everyday is arm day.

All sets for 12 reps. Most sets include a rest pause to grind out the last few reps.
  • Seated DB press x5 sets
  • Standing DB lat raise x4 sets
  • Cable front delt raise x3 sets
  • DB curl x6 sets
  • Rope pull down x6 sets
I've lost weight. FFS!!! Was sitting at around 90kg this time last week and was 87.9kg this morning.

Think I'm eating too clean. Will bump calories from 3500 to 4000. I'm just after weight gain at this stage to be honest. I've got enough protein in so I don't particularly care where the rest of the calories come from.

M2. 150g pasta. 1 chicken breast
M3. 150g pasta. 1 chicken breast
Train
M4. 20g whey. 200ml milk. 2 potatoes, chilli con carny. 3 doughnuts. 100g jelly sweets.
M5. 150g pasta. 1 chicken breast
M6. Ice cream!

That lot should stop me losing weight!

40g whey. 300ml milk

Will have potatoes and chicken for the rest of the day. See where I'm at calorie wise and bump up with ice cream.

As said in the other thread, for this week's weigh in, I'm down 2kg. Was 90kg last week. Am 88kg now. Here's photo as sometimes weight can be misleading. Feel leaner bur that don't make sense so probably not lol

It's on brother! I'm getting some help this time by a good trainer and hopefully going to compete around the end of next year!
 
Another solid day. Somethings happening. I'm getting bigger but the weight is dropping/staying the same. I know this because my clothes are getting tight and people areally making comments.

For a few years when I see people I hadn't seen for a while it was "you stopped training" and in the last week or so it's been "you competing again". Obviously these people have no idea what they are talking about but I'm going to take it lol.

Trained chest today.

Machine press x3 sets

M4. Bowl of coco pops. 225g glucose jellies. 3 chicken fajita wraps.

Solid day and really enjoying it all again. Watching way too much bodybuilding stuff on YouTube as well.
 
Legs tonight. Followed up by arms. Changed my rep range to 15-20 reps. Kia told me too and who's to argue with him. Felt really good to be honest.

Starting to see some nice shape coming back and am thinking about competing again. Really enjoyed the journey last time and the final week was very exciting.

Obviously I'm not going to be competitive but I think I could get up there and not look silly whilst still having the full excitement of it all.
 
Na. Protein is over rated :lol:
haha ...your carrying some size still anyway so will look pretty decent. shredded mate..and you won't look out of place on stage as you say..
