    First step is putting the pics side by side mate.
    Then you need to ask yourself if you really care. If you do then crack on and sort it. We all know how to get in good shape. If you want it, you can have it in no time.

    Just about creating a habit again. When I looked my best, it wasn't hard. Because everything I did became normal. Just need to re-energise those neurological pathways.

    Had bloods done since being off everything a while?

    I never had them them done whilst on or off.

    So been clean about 2 years.

    Got pneumonia in April and had loads of bloods and ecg done then. Nothing came back bad apart from infection markers obviously. Not sure they would be looking at any of the information you would be interesting though.

    Feel horny all the time still. Fathered 2 children since coming off (did a couple cycle's after the first one for my show). Mood is always good and am still almost as strong as before it turns out. Seems like everything is fine.

    Shoulders tonight. And arms because everyday is arm day.

    All sets for 12 reps. Most sets include a rest pause to grind out the last few reps.
    • Seated DB press x5 sets
    • Standing DB lat raise x4 sets
    • Cable front delt raise x3 sets
    • DB curl x6 sets
    • Rope pull down x6 sets
    I've lost weight. FFS!!! Was sitting at around 90kg this time last week and was 87.9kg this morning.

    Think I'm eating too clean. Will bump calories from 3500 to 4000. I'm just after weight gain at this stage to be honest. I've got enough protein in so I don't particularly care where the rest of the calories come from.

    Chest and arms. Wa's on site today so pretty tired as early start but just got it done.

    • Pec dec x5 sets
    • Incline DB fly x5 sets
    • Spiderman curls x3 sets
    • Machine press x5 sets
    • Close grip press x5 sets
    • Standing DB curl x3 sets
    • Standing sculls x3 sets
    Fair bit of work there so treated myself to more food lol.

    M1. 20g whey. 200ml milk. Banana
    M2. 150g pasta. 1 chicken breast
    M3. 150g pasta. 1 chicken breast
    Train
    M4. 20g whey. 200ml milk. 2 potatoes, chilli con carny. 3 doughnuts. 100g jelly sweets.
    M5. 150g pasta. 1 chicken breast
    M6. Ice cream!

    That lot should stop me losing weight!

    Nice weekend morning arm session
    • Seated DB curl x5 sets
    • Cable press down x5 sets
    • Preacher curl x5 sets
    • Standing skulls x5 sets
    • Diagonal cable curls x5 sets
    • Rope tri kick backs x5 sets
    Food so far:
    Bowl of breakfast boulders (cereal)
    100g fruit jellys
    Train
    Coco pops
    4 eggs, 6 rashers of bacon,2 slices toast
    40g whey. 300ml milk

    Will have potatoes and chicken for the rest of the day. See where I'm at calorie wise and bump up with ice cream.

    As said in the other thread, for this week's weigh in, I'm down 2kg. Was 90kg last week. Am 88kg now. Here's photo as sometimes weight can be misleading. Feel leaner bur that don't make sense so probably not lol

    It's on brother! I'm getting some help this time by a good trainer and hopefully going to compete around the end of next year!

    Another solid day. Somethings happening. I'm getting bigger but the weight is dropping/staying the same. I know this because my clothes are getting tight and people areally making comments.

    For a few years when I see people I hadn't seen for a while it was "you stopped training" and in the last week or so it's been "you competing again". Obviously these people have no idea what they are talking about but I'm going to take it lol.

    Trained chest today.

    Pec dec x3 sets
    Incline DB fly x3 sets
    Spiderman curls x3 sets
    DB pullover x3 sets
    Cable fly x3 sets
    Machine press x3 sets

    And remember. Everyday is arm day.

    Seated DB curls x3 sets
    Hammer curls x3 sets
    DB extentions x3 sets
    Cable press down x6 sets

    Food.
    M1. 1 jacket potato. 5 egg white. 2 whole eggs.
    M2. 1 large jacket. 1 large chicken breast. Tbsp. Olive oil.
    M3. 1 large jacket. 1 large chicken breast. Tbsp. Olive oil.
    Bowl of coco pops.
    TRAIN
    M4. Bowl of coco pops. 225g glucose jellies. 3 chicken fajita wraps.
    M5. 1 large jacket. 1 large chicken breast. Tbsp. Olive oil.

    Solid day and really enjoying it all again. Watching way too much bodybuilding stuff on YouTube as well.
