I did have 40g of whey but forgot to write it. Thinking back to when I went on stage and the build up to it. Was all very exciting and motivating. Not just for bodybuilding but had a positive effect on everything I was doing.

Back session. 15-20 rep range.

Lat pull down x4 sets
Machine chest plate row x4 sets
Low cable row x4 sets
Reverse close grip pull down x3 sets

15-20 rep range with 1 min rest periods gets you crazy pumped. To the point where it hurts....which is nice.

Food.
M1. 1 large jacket. 1 large chicken breast. Tbsp. Olive oil.
M2. 1 large jacket. 1 large chicken breast. Tbsp. Olive oil.
200g glucose jellies.
TRAIN
M3. Cottage pie. Broccoli.
M4. 1 large jacket. 1 large chicken breast. Tbsp. Olive oil. Kellys ice cream.
 
How big are your arms at the mo mate? Look a decent size
Absolutely no idea mate. Haven't measure them in years.

....I'm going to say 18" though. Because that makes me feel good.

No training over the weekend or last night. Went out Saturday night with a mate that was down from London. Ended up home at 5am. This was mainly because we spent an hour and a half going round town putting people's windscreen wipers up, thinking it was hilarious. Bottle of vodka for preparing drinks was probably to blame for this. 30 going on 13.

Went to the gym at lunch today so I can play ps4 as soon as the kids are in bed tonight.

Currently training in the 15-20 rep range.

How's destiny 2? Had it sat on my shelf for a week tempted to have ago but don't fancy spending hours a day on it
 
It's fucking addictive. You will be spending hours a day on it lol.
Started playing it sat night! It's insanely addictive, Will reach level 20 cap easily today, never played the first one so was like learning something completely new.
