No training over the weekend or last night. Went out Saturday night with a mate that was down from London. Ended up home at 5am. This was mainly because we spent an hour and a half going round town putting people's windscreen wipers up, thinking it was hilarious. Bottle of vodka for preparing drinks was probably to blame for this. 30 going on 13.
Went to the gym at lunch today so I can play ps4 as soon as the kids are in bed tonight.
Currently training in the 15-20 rep range.
