Hi all, I train following the Mike Mathews Bigger, Leaner, Stronger book i.e heavy 4 to 6 rep range, 3 sets of each exercise. I’m having issues when I sleeping in bed, my forearms from the elbow joint to hands have pins and needles and sometimes go numb, it’s like a pinching of a nerve or something in the joint. I’m not sure which exercises could cause this but I think it could be barbell bicep curl and maybe some others, it’s actually ok when I train it’s when I’m resting ? I’ve seen my physio who said it could be the median nerve in the back and have been given some stretching exercises to do. Has anyone had this before ?
