    Thought I would give this a go,so much hype I had to see for myself,been on it 7 days with careful macro planning still managing 220g protein but with much higher carb intake.
    Supplemented with b12 and omega,removed all gluten as well for good measure.
    Current cycle is 4iu GH 5/7
    100mg tren a 4/7
    750mg year pw
    Questions I have tho,feel much more energetic I’m sure due to higher carb intake but I have dried out,look way leaner but still full in muscle tissues...scale says no drop in muscle but water seems to have come off?
    How is that possible?
    I’m sleeping much better too,training 30 minutes longer and have literally no fatigue anymore.
    I don’t have sugar cravings like before or flat spots.
    Does animal protein cause that much inflammation?

    You've been on it 7 days and using test, tren n gh
    Have you stopped drinking too?
    If youd have eaten nothing for 7 days youd have felt better and looked the same
    Give it 6 months with no gear then see how you look
    There is no doubt that eliminating or reducing certain things from your diet will make you feel better
    But as far as how you look then you'll not know what impact it really has whilst using gear
    You've essentially just cleaned up your diet, you're bound to look better

    I've stopped drinking Guinness for 2 hours and don't feel as fooked.

    Afaik you need to be well over 3months before making any assessments.

    Yer it was a load of shit that some of it pretty weak arguement tbf.
    This is for me as I needed to try it for work purposes anyway..

    What does a typical day of eating look like?

    Is it solely animal meats you've cut out or have you eliminated dairy and eggs?

    dairy and egg also eliminated.

    today’s meals x5

    250g plain tofu big spoon of salsa half sweet potato cup green beans
    250g tempeh tablespoon black bean gf sauce,cup noodles,cup peas
    150g lentils green,tblspoon gf curry paste,cup brown rice,quinoa,flax and pumpkin seeds,peas cup.
    150g quorm mince chilli,white rice,2 cusps spinach

    snacking on almonds,banana,peanut butter rice cakes but very occasionally.
    Fruits in as well,blueberry,pineapple and raspberries.

    Sorry fifth meal not planned likely tofu but need a salad in with some raw greens and cashews pribs
