Thought I would give this a go,so much hype I had to see for myself,been on it 7 days with careful macro planning still managing 220g protein but with much higher carb intake. Supplemented with b12 and omega,removed all gluten as well for good measure. Current cycle is 4iu GH 5/7 100mg tren a 4/7 750mg year pw Questions I have tho,feel much more energetic I’m sure due to higher carb intake but I have dried out,look way leaner but still full in muscle tissues...scale says no drop in muscle but water seems to have come off? How is that possible? I’m sleeping much better too,training 30 minutes longer and have literally no fatigue anymore. I don’t have sugar cravings like before or flat spots. Does animal protein cause that much inflammation?
