    This couldn't come at a better time, currently working with @Con and I've seen good progress in just 12 days, I hope this continues for the next 12 weeks!
    Height 180cm
    Weight 88kg
    Estimated bf 14-15%
    My short term goal is to put on some lean mass for my longer term goal which is to compete in a classic class at 86kg

    Thanks, yeh he's really took me out of my comfort zone with diet and training and I'm really enjoying both, just what I need after letting things slip!

    A quick update 1 week in
    Feeling the best I've felt in a long time and things are moving in the right direction visually too
    Diet at the moment is high carb, no added fats apart from 2 eggs and protein at around 1.5g per lb body weight. This is keeping me very satisfied ( not even thought about a cheat in 3 weeks ) and is fuelling my workouts well. Only supps at the moment are whey/casein and a multivitamin
    Training is high volume and the body part splits vary over a 2 week rotation, I'm taking rest days when I feel necessary and even then I do 1 hour walking on a treadmill.
    I update Con weekly and any questions I have I get a pretty much instant reply, very happy with progress so far
