Still recovering from saturday so im eating comfort food. Double up on my Omeprazole to avoid pasty heart burn
Crab cake stuffed with shrimp. Beet salad
Trying to just maintain atm so switched things up a little and timing carbs earlier in the day
Pro/fat last 2 meals
Tuna steak, egg n avocado salad
That’s a bottle of cider vinegar btw not a carona
Wish i cud be assed making meals like that make dieting easier haha
Just got some motivation back tbh mate
Before my hol last week it was mainly rotisserie chickens n micro rice
Wanna get fitter and drop a little weight so got me head back on now
Steak carbs n whey pre work out...

Eaten it i boil it for 2 mins in salt n peper...like eating marshmallow then...super soft
I’ve eaten boiled chicken. But never steak. That’s a new one for me haha @pooley1810 i was thinking the same thing
