1st meal at work (which is 3 of 6) only had one of those bagels out the bag but I've got two more rounds of this to keep me going
Nah, gonna hit a mini diet may time, just to tidy up then I’ll push again
I got well over 250 at one point but I really felt it, feel much fitter and healthier a little lighter
