Minced Jersey/Angus Cross beef with pink salt, pepper, cayenne and chopped sweet chili’s peppers and garlic with lea & perrins.
For size reference that plate is the size of a mini tyre and the spoon is actually a shovel.

About 2,500kcal there if you include the kefir and apple juice/coconut water I drank.
Had rice peas and scrambled egg for breakfast, will eat rice and herring later then pineapple and cottage cheese before bed. Probably roughly 1l of milk too.
Had a good chest meal yesterday on my off day. This dessert was amazing. So dense. Literally made me sick though haven’t eaten something like this in a long time.
Also before this was a juicy 12oz NY Strip and rice and black beans.

Totally the opposite mate. I was, before, and since making that stuff a weekday habit I feel much better.
If I’m honest, a lot of the boys on here talk about gear making them feel shit, health markers to fuck etc, and then they post what they’ve eaten and it’s nearly all Maccy’s and shit. Of course if you’re doing both, you’re going to feel worse.
Taking the time to figure out what foods work for you is probably the biggest thing you can do for yourself in all this bollocks.
