Trained on my patio using a bench, a bar, leg curl/ext attachment, 120kg and 2 red bands Banded lying ham curl using lots of cluster and drop sets Barbell hack squat 3x8-12 Jefferson squat 4x10-15 Banded SLDL 3x8-10 Banded leg curl using cluster and drop sets 4 calf raise super sets Not the same as a gym workout but worked hard and created some stimulus Focus is on maintenance during lockdown, ill probably train a bodypart everyday If I can come out of it in the same shape I started with ill be very happy
