    How the fuck can someone do that.

    Rules or no rules, if the fruit logo showing increases his squat by 4.6% and therefore cannot be allowed, at least fuckin tell them.. How can they let someone do all 3 attempts like that.

    Cuntatry of the highest order.

    Because their crusty old phaggots mate lol

    They think their protecting "their sport" or some garbage. But it's attitudes like that, that stop people lifting and cause the death of the sport

    Exactly. Fuck that nonsense. From the outside, GPC and BPU both seem like a great day out with decent people around you. IPF seems like you're lifting with a bunch of schoolteachers.

    thats just fvcking insane and while you shouldnt argue with the ref re the red an explanation should at least be given and esp when its something as simple as that, the ref should tell him...

    At my Qualifier I made a point of asking what I'd done wrong if I saw a red... not in a combative way, just so I knew what to do or not to do in the next one.

    I jumped the rack command on one of my benches, and wouldn't have known I did it if I hadn't asked.

    @TITO 170 x 3 with a pause is impressive mate.

    We were just saying the other day that over 4 plates on bench is strong af by anyone's standards.

    What do you weigh bud?

    Cheers mate, wish my squat was as good lol
    I'm 103kg currently

    I'd like 190 bench, 280 dead and 220 squat on the day but would be very lucky to get 3 pbs!

    Cheers mate got 200kg squat for 3 today which I never thought I'd get after neglecting them for ages.

    Just to be clear on the deadlifts you mentioned, you said do 8 singles at 75% of 1rep max this wk.

    So my current pb is 270, 75% of that is 202.5. So I just do 8 sets of a 202.5 single with a rest in between each one?
