Here's a client of mine named Jon.
He's a super strong dude and had been dieting for a while!
When i started helping him 1 month ago he was 245lb (down from a super soft 275lb). (he's 5ft9)
Now he weighs 240lb so down 5lb but the change is pretty damn big!
He is down 2 pant sizes so plenty of mid section fat gone.

    Biggest adjustments for him.
    Higher rep training.
    Lower fat higher carb diet.

Great work on both your parts! Congratulations!

Can you be more specific on changes made to rep ranges?

Has he gotten stronger whilst dropping bw?

Do you feel there is an optimal macro split for strength gains/fat loss/health?

    Any traditional cardio done?

    Stronger for low reps? No.
    Stronger for high reps? Yes.
Instead of sub 8 reps I now have him doing 12-20 reps to failure per set (at average, there are still some heavier work sets each week for 6-8 reps)

No every person has a different situation so macros will be different.
But I do like to get keep carbs as high as possible.
