    Since I'm back on here decided i'll keep a log again. Found it useful in the past to look back over.

    Since I left I fucked my back and missed AB deadlift challenge and GPC British, had a month of physio and now I am back training and around 90% recovered.

    Will be the usual, heavy lifts, food and shit banter

    Goals are now build back up for GPC Scottish in April and then maybe stay fit and compete at my first British finals having been injured for the last 2...

    Starting point based off this weeks training is 200 x 3 squat
    160 x 2 bench
    272.5 x 2 deadlift

    Target for next comp is 750 total. Undecided on 90s or 100s yet but want to take weight up to 93+ for the next while.

    First session today
    Deadlifts
    60 x 5
    60 x 5
    100 x 5
    140 x 5
    180 x 2
    215 x 2
    245 x 2
    242.5 x 2

    Hyper ext - 4 sets of 12 unweighted

    Lat pulldowns - mid grip
    35 x 10
    45 x 10
    55 x 10
    65 x 10
    75 x 10
    85 x 10

    Seated rows
    50 x 10 for 3 sets, focua on scapula retraction and squeeze.

    Got a comp at my mates gym on 1st Dec so going to go up and have a bit of fun and win that. This weeks plans training-wise will be AMRAPs with 80% of my intended lifts for that. 180kg squat, 135kg bench and 240 deadlift.

    Once the comp is done and dusted i'll be spending some time doing higher volume work and adding a bit of bodyweight. Next comp isn't til April so will spend time building the foundations again

    Did squats this morning. Went well. Legs looking biggest I have ever seen them too which is a bonus

    Thanks. Heaviest I've gone since injury at end of Sept so felt good. Planning 240 for reps tomorrow and going to attempt 300 again on 1st Dec. Then it's backing off again and spend some time building. Useful seeing your training in your log because will be more hypertrophy based for a period

    Deadlifts today. Another good session but they were feeling v heavy.

    Hyper ext supersetted with lat pulldowns
    unweighted x 12 / 55kg x 12 for 3 sets

    Left it there as had a dentist appt. Decent weeks training. Just going to do 1 light full body session through the week next week now and then win this comp on the Sat. And then onwards with the plans and gaining some weight
