pre workout food ideas??

    im on keto and pre work out has been an omelet about 1-1.5hr pre work out lol
    id say some white bread or a jam bagel (maybe 1/2)
    but as con said id not bother tbh just burn fat as you train

    Well in my opinion protein shake is best to drink before any workout because it provides energy to the body which helps us in doing workout.

    I use dextrose and sometimes a few caramel snack a jacks.
