Protein Powders

    Interested to get a discussion started on what protein powders we are all using at the current time

    1. Which Isolate?
    2. Which Blend?
    3. Which night-time Protein?

    I'll start it off

    Isolate - Dymatize ISO-100
    Blend - BSN Syntha 6
    Night-time - Optimum 100% Casein

    Beef iso from bulkpowders.

    Only one I use, infrequently at that. I don't tend to use too much powdered protein nowadays.

    Only use a powder PWO and it's My protein isolate.

    Full fat Greek yogurt pre bed.

    Bulkpowders Casien pre bed. Complete bedtime is decent too.

    Genetic isolate post workout.
    Genetic ceasin & bio whey either during day or pre bed when I need a protein boost.
    My protein 4:1:1 bcaa's and dextrose/malto during training.

    I like the whole genetic range. Used them a couple of years. Good flavour and excellent quality.

    Always isolate by who ever has best deal, myprotein, bulk powders, protein dynamix

    Extreme Nutrition Build & Recover PWO, and their Pro-6 any other time.
    Don't get on with a fair few powders, so stick with what I know works for me.

    Just whatever really.

    I have a cupboard full of different brands.

    RCSS, bulk powders, my protein, sci mx, cnp

    Prefer burgers and kfc though.

    day to day whey i use MuscleXcess Gold Standard whey
    for isolate only i use Myprotein (post workout)
    before bed i use MuscleXcess Platinum Whey (its a blend of isoalate, concentrate, caesin)
