Quick 6/7 Week Diet

    circa 15% wouldnt mind hitting low as possible to go into christmas with then set me up for a growth period. Could people post what they would suggest just for discussion and also i will try the best nomination, mention peds/diet/traning, also cardio

    Just hold the muscle ive got and strip as much fat nothing else

    Might be overly simple but. .

    I like pro/carb with low fat. May not be healthiest but for 6-7 weeks? i feel better eating carbs

    Work out roughly 500 cals below maintenance. Eat that many cals from mainly good pro/carb sources.

    If ur not dropping weight/looking better lower the cal number or do morning cardio whichever u prefer.

    Weights as often as u can recover from PPL.

    300mg test e every 5th day
    200mg tren e every 5th day

    I'm doing the exact same thing now pal and all I'm doing is keeping cals below 4000 and making sure I get 350g of protein with the rest from carbs with minimal fat

    I'm actually gaining BW/muscle though but I think that must be as I'm coming back from a lay off of gear and proper training

    So my cals are roughly 15 per lb of BW and that's working great

    750 test/300 tren

    If you're wanting to hit as low as possible in 6 weeks then just go drastic
    Protein only meals
    Few carbs pre and post training
    Lots of stims to keep you goin
    Bit of test to hold on to muscle

    Still no heavy pressing but I'm making it work pal

    I was 19 stone 5 this morning and BF is around 13-14% I reckon (leanest I've been at this weight) so I'm doing something right lol

    I didn't actually lose much size with the down time anyway
