Thought this would make a decent thread. Any healthy snacks that don't require much effort? Here's one I like that you may have seen posted before: 1. Pour 1.8kg quark into bowl. 2. Pour 100ml boiling water into measuring jug. 3. Mix in a sachet of Hartleys jelly powder. 4. Add 100ml cold water. 5. Pour into bowl. 6. Whisk for a few minutes until completely smooth. Either eat straight away or leave to thicken up a little in the fridge because of the jelly powder. Pretty much all protein. Minimal carbs or fats depending on the type of quark you go for. Low fat is thinner, more like a yoghurt and the regular stuff is thicker and can be more like angel delight. Another incredibly simple but nice tasting one is Time4Nutritions Toffee Pudding mixed with Fage Total 5% Natural Yoghurt or Skyr. Time4Nutrition aren't a sponsor but it's so damn nice. 30g protein per 300g Yoghurt/Skyr works well.
