Thought this would make a decent thread. Any healthy snacks that don't require much effort?

Here's one I like that you may have seen posted before:

    1. Pour 1.8kg quark into bowl.
    2. Pour 100ml boiling water into measuring jug.
    3. Mix in a sachet of Hartleys jelly powder.
    4. Add 100ml cold water.
    5. Pour into bowl.
    6. Whisk for a few minutes until completely smooth.

Either eat straight away or leave to thicken up a little in the fridge because of the jelly powder.

Pretty much all protein. Minimal carbs or fats depending on the type of quark you go for. Low fat is thinner, more like a yoghurt and the regular stuff is thicker and can be more like angel delight.

Another incredibly simple but nice tasting one is Time4Nutritions Toffee Pudding mixed with Fage Total 5% Natural Yoghurt or Skyr. Time4Nutrition aren't a sponsor but it's so damn nice. 30g protein per 300g Yoghurt/Skyr works well.

Tastier than my suggestions. Not so good for getting the abs out though!

    +1 on the quark.
Nestle do flavoured Kvarg, 150g pots, 17g protein minimal fat/carbs 90 cals. Usually throw one of those in with 100g fatfree natural/greek yoghurt and 50g whey if I fancy something sweet or pudding like. Or just nice on their own as a quick snack.

Gonna try this. Need to sort my diet out and this would be a better option than 4 bags of crisps and a belvita or whatever other shite I find in the cupboards haha

Skyr yog or Fage/Greek 0% fat is all pretty much 10g pro per 100g, Fage 0% is minimal carbs too if needed.

Biltong is superb but very moreish and pricey if you have no self control

    Boiled eggs a la HG

1l choc milk is cheap high cals protein pwo

Overnight oats & whey easy quick breakfast but not so quick if needed there and then.

quark is a good shout.. used to use it a lot. I used to make a kinda cheesecake pudding though as well as that jelly/mouse you've made

add dry oats & a little natural honey to the bottom of a bowl. set it in the fridge. mix quark with flavdrops (myprotein do a fair selection) & add it to the top of your oat base. set in the fridge. done. literally tastes like a cheesecake (a cheap one lol) different brands of quark caries the consistency massively. sure it was sainsburies one that was best for it.. firmer than like the adsa one which was wetter

outside that - whey shake & handful of nuts or PB mixed in the shaker
    beef jerky
    pre boiled eggs

Think I'd sooner drink my own jizz for protein than pay £40 for 500g.
