    Right gentleman

What is everyone's resting heart rate?

Mines always been on the low side even when on gear for years.

Now I'm off, it seems to be even lower.

Now during this time, im short of breath, dizzy all the time, when I stand up or lift.. and I'm thinking its related.

Will obviously be talking to the doctor more but any input to unnecessarily worry me?

    Thx

I think a big part is genetic as my cv fitness isn't very good but it's been pretty low as long as I can remember. I know people with decent level of fitness that are in the 80's. That said you'll never find a tour de france rider with a high resting heart rate so I guess it can be used as a general guide.
