Reverse/recovery Diet

    Finished a 12 week diet for holiday 4 weeks ago at 75.6kg (natural) since I got back have been slowly reversing things. Finished diet on 2200 calories been increasing by roughly 200 each week now looks like protein 271 carbs 345 fat 67 fiber 31 calories 2744. I weighed in today at 77.4 my question is do you think this is the best approach ? my strength is going up but my hunger is unreal and I fee l tired. Any advice would be welcome.
