decided to use this thread as my new training diary

not trained since my max deadlift as I have been away on family holiday, where i ate and drank way too much, but had a great time so no drama

first session back today

deadlifts
180kg 3x3

17 inch deadlifts
267kgx1
307kgx1
330kgx Fail, grip felt fine just not strong enough currently
220kg 3x3

chins, BW 5 sets of 10

BOR 140kgx8

felt sluggish and everything felt heavy, lack of work and gym due to holiday I think

starting my cycle today consisting of chiron sust and tren ace

yes good mate really going full bore with it all now..enjoying it more than ever now...yes had a few of them lol..they soon pass!
