Right,
I've sacked the other journal off as I didn't train for very long so I'm going to start a new one to log my progress.
I do look at my own journals myself as it shows just how far you can develop if your mind is in the right place. Sadly, this year, mine hasn't.
Been a rocky year, still going through it. Lost marriage, entered a new relationship which didn't work out after six months and I'm feeling the repercussions of both now, amongst other stuff.
Better off on my own I think
In a year I have trained just five weeks and they were split apart, too. I had lack of consistency towards the ceasing of training, but it is unsurprising really after what I was going through at the time.
Where am I now?
I'm roughly just over 18 stone, lost nearly two stone since I stopped training. Yes, I held too much fat, but I also held a very decent amount of tissue. At the time I was convinced I was 'average', I look back at pictures now and I was a lump and a half so that is where I want to get back to, but minus that much fat.
I'm the leanest I have been for a while (still fat), but it gives me a better starting block. I put fat on easily and I also do not need a lot of food to grow. I guarantee I will start on about 2,700 - 3,000kclas and put a stone on in about 6-7 weeks. Of course, this will be a combination of glycogen, blood within tissues, wee bit of fat and water and muscle memory.
Protein has been ordered, should be here in a day or two, so I'm aiming to start next Monday at the latest.
@CJ has, unbeknown to him, inspired me a little bit to get my arse back training. Not had a conversation with him at all about it, but I follow his journal and see the progress he has made and realise how much I miss it all.
Will put starting pictures up in the next day or two.
