Hello just started a diet to cut weight. Was wandering if there are any seasonings sweetners etc I can use to make it all taste better and less boring. While sticking to the clean bodybuilding diet to cut weight. Do not want to cheat.
    On chicken.
    On fish.
    On rice.
    In coffee or tea.
    What can I drink?
Any help would be appreciated as I cannot find the answers anywhere!

I was actually just on that!
There is some handy info on there but is it for a totally clean body building diet for cutting fat?

    Thank you.
With the real salt does it matter what type? Was in tesco and saw real rock salt and they had that himmalayen pink rock salt but much more expensive. The real rock salt being a lot cheaper would it be the same kind of thing?
    Also can I drink milk?
    And fruit juices?
All this without jeopardising loosing fat?
And keeping to a clean bodybuilding diet?
Sorry if I sound dumb but only just realised how much there is to it!

Pink Himalayan sea salt is a lot better, as hasn't had minerals etc removed which normal salt has from what I have read.

The other questions are calorie dependent.

If your calories in are less than out, you could even have a Big Mac and Fries. It all depends how you draw up your diet plan.

I think your really missing the big picture tho, clean foods are so as they are natural and provide good volume for the calories.

But overall calories determine weight loss. Getting adequate protein is number 2, Worrying about the differences between salt and seasonings is very extreme and imo right at the very bottom of what should matter

If you can get to B and M bargains they usually have these large spice shakers

I currently have, Carribean, Meat, Peri Peri, some other too which i forget, theyre huge and only a pound, Ive had mine about 6 months

Grab all of them and a few hot sauces, the spicy sauces are usually very low cal
