    1/2 dyazide pre bed isn’t a protocol it’s just sensible safe use palumbo recommend on camera n it works if your sub 6% which your not going to be so it will only make u look worse bud honest

    I have all health based clients on 4-5l

    All competitive athletes 5-6l daily is a must in my opinion

    was going to say same. amazing how many people think that diuretics are the magic - if you aren't lean enough they do nada (or as you say make you look worse)

    also Soy sauce has sodium in it, anywhere from 0.5g to 1g per seving...40ml is maybe 2/2.5 servings, cottage cheese has sodium, pus trace in the other stuff...

    its because you aren't drinking any water IMO.... you need maybe double what your consuming before concluding its electrolyte imbalances - you are simply dehydrated

    id drop the dairy i:e cottage cheese and milk just replace with chicken or turkey

    also agree with the others on the diuretic just increase the vit c maybe get some dandelion root

    Increased my water intake to 4-4,5l day
    Feel much better now. Thanks for your advices

    Just 2 weeks out

    Weight: 80,7
    Waist: 75

    New macros:
    1410 kcals
    194 protein
    13 fat
    125 carbs

    The macro formula 55p/8,5f/36,5c

    Feeling myself ok, the weight don't decrease, I think that's because I am well hydrated now.

    Products I have for today

    Low fat cottage cheese 420g
    Low fat milk 500g
    Whey protein concentrate 24g
    Haddock fillet 463g
    Bulgur 55g
    Frozen veggies 400g
    Peanuts 3g
    99% chocolate 7g

    Gear for this week
    320mg test propionate
    20mg oral winny ED
    50mg oxymetholone ED (250mg left)
    60mg propranolol ED
    50mcg T3 ED
    40mg clen EOD

    Also will take
    400mg inosin
    75mg caffeine
    125 mg aspirin
    Pre workout
    Take vitamins and minerals daily, at average doses, feeling much better.

    So, the outlook is like this (face is terrible)

    From my experience, 50mcg if t3 is gonna strip you of everything, muscle included if your diet isn’t right
    On 1400 cals there’s gonna be nothing left of you
    Yes, you’re getting leaner but it’s clearly visible you’re losing shape and muscle

    Do you prefer higher/lower dose?

    Last time I used it at 100mcg/day 935kcals, bench pressed 105 kilos 18 reps at 82 BW, having the best offseason bench 162,5/87,8.

    Do not notice any strength loses now also

    Maybe next prep work with @Hilly and see what improvements can be made?

    I’ve only used once before and at 50mcg I felt it was the main cause of strength loss pretty quickly and also felt I lost muscle when my cals went too low
    If I used again I’d only use 25mcg and only if absolutely necessary
    If you didn’t notice those effects on 100mcg and those cals I would guess your t3 is severely underdosed but that’s just my assumption based on that info. Everybody reacts differently of course
