Seen alot of guys doing band work at the gym for shoulder injuries and the usual cuff exercises. They normally do this before a push session just to warm the shoulder up
Yeah I do that aswell with a band warming up, I'm looking for something I can do daily need to start keeping on top of it

Lots of pulling and stretching in ways you can't do by yourself PNF stretching is good. Pecs need loosening off first usually.
I go to physio sometimes and muscular skeletal specialist and suggest do the same they can check and scan everything on you and give you unique training for Ur shoulders and u will be supervised by the professionals.
