How I’ve been keeping busy lately getting the miles on my bike n camping out over night in the longer distances enjoying it, totally different way if life for me
Not really gym related but Body starting to feel all this extra cycling So must be adapting to it. Been absolutely pounding the calories in aswell. Planning a ride back from Cornwall to Manchester 350miles which I’m looking forward too. Will get the train there then ride home. Will be going out again weekend Friday afternoon til Sunday don’t know where yet tho the mrs will decide
You seem to be cracking on with the cycling, just a tip for you. Look into going tubeless if you haven't already! Saves any annoying punctures and/or tube changes on the ride!
I thought about it mate but seems like can be too much of a pain in the arse and I’d still have to carry a spare tube anyway
