So, on my current cycle of 200test and 180tren, about two weeks in. Never had problems with gyno whilst going up to 500mg of test and similar with npp.

However, my right nipple has a slight lump behind which is tender to touch.

I have adex and tamoxifen to hand, should I also be considering
Raloxifene? I've read that Tren can cause prolactin enduced gyno and the others I've mentioned don't tend to help?

I've got the same ans I'm natty

Deffo a lump?
Caber or prami

I’ve always just used nolva if I had Gyno symptoms on Tren

Always worked with no issues

What kind of dose did you run it at and for how long?

Yea, it's a soft lump, behind the nipple. Initially I thought it could be a under the surface spot, but I don't think so now since reading about Tren causing prolactin induced gyno

I reckon a single dose of .25mg Caber and 60mg Raloxifine/day will clear it up.
You may need to add more Caber further info the cycle.

Is that her pet name for it?

That's unusual but maybe you have just grown more sensitive to Gyno over time. It happened to me-can't be slap happy with the test like I used to be lol.

Like many have said think 20mg tamoxifen would be the best course of action on such a low dose. Prolactin can thrive in a high oestrogen environment but it's really hard to imagine it getting that severe just on 200 test and 180 Tren.
