Some Home Made Protein Bars For The Massthetics Crew

    Saw the video for these on YouTube and so have given them a whirl.
    Very tasty it's like eating rice krispy or cornflake cakes.

    Ok
    2 big spoons peanut butter
    Some almond butter/ cashew
    Small spoon raw honey
    Teaspoon Splenda
    2 scoops whey choc orange
    1.5 cups of oats.
    Almond milk.

    Stir like fuck until gooey even consistency, spread into a tin or some flat glasswear and stick in the fridge for a few hours to set.

    I'm thinking even tastier with coconut oil mixed in.

    Macro breakdown 40gr of tastiness per bar.
    Probably more expensive than just buying them as well. Still killed 10 minutes.

    for the UK folk, can you state grammage of oats and not cups lol.
    i remember looking at my mugs and cups at home once and seeing the disparity in size, only much later realising the yanks have a measuring scoop for a 'cup' and not an actual cup lol

    -I'm in the UK.
    Cup of oats, grab coffee cup out of cupboard stick it in oats, scoop out and stuff in the bowl. Voila.
    Measuring isn't my strong point. Hence my belief I have 20" arms and 8% bodyfat

    how so? once you cut it up you will probably have 300-400 calories per bar? diet on lets say 2,500 cals per day - could smash a couple of these bars easy peasy with room for a snickers too!

    Ok I'll say 85gr of oats. Or 1.5 coffee cups the ones from sainsburys that were reduced to 99p each.
