He would probably call us all beta natty scum for starting this thread and keeping it rolling so long
lmao yeah he would, then go tear his biceps again repping stupid weights on bicep curls... after doing them tri kickbacks of course...
Yeah deffo. Bloody bloke was a nuter in the gym, fark he moved some weight. Although id like to have shown him my squat from the end of last year. He'd have appreciated it i'm sure! RIP buddy
Searched high and low for joes pump session for arms ... If anyone knows where to find it or paste it into here would be an honour to train it again
If memory serves me it was 100 kg barbell curls untill you rip your biceps. Job done! 3 weeks recovery then repeat..
It's a long time coming I know, but a few things have prevented us from putting it online until now, despite it being completed over a year ago, but here is the book that @RS put together for Joe's family. (EDIT BY RS: I seem to remember you put a hell of a lot of work in too @Simon, as well as the touching and genuine content being by the members - a genuine Tmuscle team effort.) Expect many of you will enjoy flicking through - https://www.tmuscle.co.uk/content/downloads/pdf/JW007.pdf If anyone would like to order a copy of the book then please let me know and I'll explain how. I didn't know Joe as well as many on here but it's clear from all of the comments that he helped so many people and will always be remembered. We used the money collected from TMuscle to get Ruby, Joe's daughter, a locket and the rest has been sent to charity. So thank you to everyone that contributed.
It's worth noting that the PDF of the book above is 33mb in size and so will take a little while to download if you're not on a fast connection, so be patient. Careful if you're using your mobile data allowance to download it too!
Took about 3o seconds to download mate was a lovely read. Just want to add that I never knew Joe , but reading all those comments about how he constantly went out of his way to help people he didn't even know is very motivating and inspiring. I only hope when it's my turn to die, just as many people will have such as nice things to say about me. It's a beautiful thing , rip Joe cause just your reputation has been an inspiration to me
Good point by RS, I didn't really thank all the members that have commented and made the book possible in my last post so thank you. Team effort!
