Looking for advice on supplements. Been back in the gym for 12 weeks, doing 4 days. 2 push days and 2 pull days. Currently taking whey protein, creatine and BCAA’S. Been seeing very good results but now looking to step up every aspect of the training. Moving onto a compound workout to focus on strength and mass training. Looking for any supplements you would recommend to help supports this. Will be carrying on with protein, BCAA’s and creatine.
