Starting Training Again And Need Help On Workout

Hello everyone so I have started back to the gym after about a year finding it hard when I was flat out I was benching 140kg chest press now I have started back I am struggling to bench 40kg this is a real putoff I am weak as shit and its putting me on a downer also have no spotter

I have been searching workouts that would suit my needs and found a Full Body Hypertrophy Workout here it is

BB Full Squat - 3 Sets of 6-8
BB Bench Press - 3 Sets of 8-10
Bent Over BB Row - 3 Sets of 8-10
DB Shouldr Press - 3 Sets of 8-10
Leg Extenisions - 2 Sets of 8-10
Lying Curls - 2 Sets of 10-12
Barbell Curl - 2 Sets of 10-12
Side Lat Raise - 2 sets of 10-12

***WILL THIS BE ENOUGH TO BUILD SOLID MUSLE WITH GOOD DEIT***

Are is this more a powerlifting routing ?

Will this pack on muscle with proper diet looking to eat about 3500 ?

Can someone please help me on a workout routine because I dont want to be wasting my time doing something that doesnt work
