No you can just enter. Get the entry form and enter. Not sure what the cut off date is . Normally a couple of weeks before the show.

I have decided - UKBFF 8th November.
Makes sense.
The 5 weeks extra prep time was the turning point for me really.

Great choice mate. The slower the comp prep the better in terms of muscle lose. Also less stress for you too.

Thanks mate. It simply provides me with the best opportunity to achieve the best possible physique I can provide given the circumstances.
Plus, I'm being honest, although I love the odd cheat food here and there, I feel so much better on contest prep.
Either way, the timing of this show is fantastic as well. About 6 weeks after it I have my Christmas mega feast lol
