Strength Training

Very strong guy but think Franco's deadlifts were more?
Not nit picking but pound for pound franco was strong guy.
And Remember he lifted sometimes for reps heavy. I am not an expert for powerlifting. I think if you did Single lifts franco was better. You are using three lifts to give a score which i understand is normal in your game.. But again i am no expert in competition lifting.

Did strongman too. Think if i Remember correctly he got injured. For a small man he was strong.

he blew his knee out carrying a fridge iirc.

he was a strong guy but I’m unsure what your point is? there’s strong guys out there that have never stepped in a gym, Mark westerby for example. Barely set foot in a gym and competed at worlds.

There’s always people who are just strong no matter what.

He was very strong for his time not just lb for lb. But his numbers wouldn't be as impressive today. One of the guys I metioned Chris Pugh has competed at 82.5kg this year too, Franco's stage weight was around 84kg and offseason was nearer 90, hence I used them as the example.

Ok Bud but could he lift a horse?

He isn't as strong as the guys suggested.

I have a real suspicion you're some 50year old virgin sat in his mum's basement on furlough scheme, who has never set foot in a gym and the closest workout you get is typing on your keyboard or training your forearm each time you see a pic of a muscular man.

Fookin phaggot.
i could tell from your posts that you´re a guy to look up to on these forums.
