Strength Training.

Came across this article. And thought about following itt for the next month til gyms open. Seems very basic and doesn't seem like much work but perfect with the limited kit. Because of the small amount of work I'm wondering If I followed this I'd lose size as never donne any specific strength training before

Doubt it.
The guys that did it day in day out were huge. Not necessarily lean but some were. Watch Dave Tate on YouTube. He's an ex westside lifter that puts out very good content on YT.

Is the total weekly set volume per muscle group more, less or the same as what you currently do?

More, you'll probably get bigger.
Less, you might lose a tiny bit of size.
Same and you'll be just as you are.

Any differences are then wipes out of you start progressing again as progressive resistance is what drives adaptation for size and strength

It's about the same in sets, less in reps just gonna see how it goes fuck it.
Keep my food high as it is and I should be alright hopefuly.

Ask these guys if they did enough sets.

@Simon90 if the goal is hypertrophy there is much better routines out there (obviously. I know you know this)

But if you enjoy it and it keeps you interested if you were to do it for 6-8 weeks it certainly wouldn’t do you any harm

Long term for actual bodybuilding purposes it would be pretty poor though. Neglects some areas, overworks others etc etc
