Style of Dieting for Gaining Size: What Works for You?

after reading these comments I'm going for a clean and mean bulk, hell as I'm starting out and have an adipose apron to get rid of I may even start with a calorie defecit.

i always come off a diet and pile on fat very quick, always ended up eating to much too soon, not really that dirty but woudl have things like pasta wiht chicken and pasta sauce, always end up having to diet for ages to lose like 2 stone, so now im just going to keep it as clean as poss and then just have say saturday where i eat what i want, much rather stay lean all year round now
 
I'm just starting out by I have been doing a mass weight gainer after a meal or after going to the gym while eating high protein and lifting.
 
Coming from a different background to lifting it's been an interesting change in portion size lol, but one thing that wasn't super different was carb cycling. That'll probably always be my favourite method for doing anything, you just adjust the macros as needed.
