    eating in a calorie surplus to promote maximum muscle growth.....yes it's the same for men & women

    It's just I hear some men eating like 5000 calories and I'm like damn wish I could eat that amount . My maintenance right now is a rubbish 1900 calories :sad:

    after reading these comments I'm going for a clean and mean bulk, hell as I'm starting out and have an adipose apron to get rid of I may even start with a calorie defecit.

    i always come off a diet and pile on fat very quick, always ended up eating to much too soon, not really that dirty but woudl have things like pasta wiht chicken and pasta sauce, always end up having to diet for ages to lose like 2 stone, so now im just going to keep it as clean as poss and then just have say saturday where i eat what i want, much rather stay lean all year round now
