Subq Injection Pain

Unless you're going in the exact same spot all the time, there's different concentrations of nerves and lymph etc in each site. Just like some spots hurt to break the skin, some site hurt to contain and disperse fluid or whatever.

If it still stings a day later (talking subQ water only) then I'd think the compound was reacting badly with you, immune-response wise. Antihistamines might stop it, and if they do, there's your answer.
