How many of these sachets will i need if it was totatlly out of wack? @doink or anyone
Fatbrah u think it will help .I'm gonna try some .I've been feeling so tired lately but I do use sea salt in my food .these gains lol.
If ur low in sodium am sure itll help i must of been dangrously low finkin aba it
It's a nightmare bro .I've ditched gym the last 2 days .all that energy into misbehaving is playing havoc lol.
Its easily done mind mate. If youve got a physical job aswell youre gonna be sweating it all out and not replacing it if youve been restricting sodium from your diet.
Obviously theres better food choices than bacon (like i go for sometimes) but at least its an easy fix just by a simple change to diet
Yeah I think I'm going to workout a new diet guys or tbh I'm thinking of taKing dairy out altogether . Has anyone tried those electrolytes things .I do eat loads of meat and veg might start adding an extra fish meal .
Just have a couple for a day or two mate.

After watching a video about sodium by Stan Efferding I started adding a bit of pink salt to my intra drink and food though the day and it made me feel a bit better after training less dehydrated but the best thing was that I used to wake a couple of times a night for a piss but this seems to of stopped
