Hi,
I take various types of supplements

Multi vit
Fish oil
Support max
Support max joint
Pre
Creatine
Protein
Zma
Glutamine
Lipidmax
Glutahione
Levaugen
Carb max
Eaa

I’m spending quite a lot of £ , want to cut down what supps do I need and can get rid

I’m currently on a cycle
 
Wow! I’m no nutritionist, but it would benefit you so much better to get all of that from food!
If I was you I would keep a good multivitamin, creatine, fish oil, ZMA and protein. Then put what ever money your saving in to fresh meat, veg and fruit.

Take out the supps that are luxury items that aren't 100%necessary
Ie carb powder, eaa, fish oil and multi vit can easily be got through a good diet
Have a coffee or just a caffeine tab in place of pre workout
Glutamine isn't necessary
Keep in the ones that are actually serving some benefit, particularly to your health
For me, supportmax joint and supportmax are staples as my joints and bloods decline if I don't use them
Creatine is a proven supp and still relatively cheap so worth keeping imo
