We all have seen the awesome 16 week transformations but once the pictures are taken those poor ladies often blow back up in size! Here's an example of one my clients (my wife). She used to weigh 220lb now she weighs 135lb. She weight trains twice per week (often just once is all she manages). Does zero cardio. No supplements besides whey at breakfast. Follows an "Eat by feel diet" she has learned so well what she needs to do she can finally LISTEN to her body and eat more or less when needed. She is finally not bound to macros or numbers....which was no mean task when she used to be highly obese! The one on the left was one year ago the one on the right is today. As you can see she maintains a very good level of leanness and if you look at her glutes she has made great strides in that region!
