Are there other people here taking telmi(low dose) without having a high blood pressure? for the other benefits?

Are these the people who are part of the low dose test, primo and mast crew? who use metformin year round and cuffs for side delt raises and use lots of big words to make themselves sound clever when describing an exercise, whilst generally avoiding doing any sort of genuine hard work in the gym?

Yeah the hrt bodybuilders lol

Do I have to cross a major faux pa now to hold my hands up and say me? Lol

Doctors who consult bodybuilders say running an ARB (Telmisartan ) is a MUST for AAS, TRT users. It should be as important as an AI and those that don't use it are at much higher risk

Not everyone cares about their health so do not do research on longevity

it is tricky to find out who is right and who is BS

Are you asking the whole internet this ?
Saw your post on meso asking same thing and someone on there said you were on ukmuscl as well

Imo an AI is not important on trt
If you need to use one then your test dose is too high
Personally I have estrogen as high as possible without getting negative effects
AIs can also have a negative impact on lipids and I would be against using long term
So if you are saying an ARB is comparable to using an AI then to me its just adding more drugs to mitigate others when you should be addressing the root cause, particularly for long term trt

Never had a doc or more importantly an endo tell me an ARB or AI are musts on TRT
Also my experience hss been that your tested vigourously and the aim is to find the find your replacement level that not only gets you in the range for test but also everything else remains in range too.
Not this fucking 'optimal' high as possible and still convince yourself it's only trt whilst other markers rise and you have to take more drugs when simply finding your own actual optimal range would mitigate the need for other drugs.
A range is just that, if you're in your in.

This hits the nail on the head.

Too many BBs on far too higher dose looking to take more drugs to offset x y z side effect. Like you say, just get under an endos guidance and follow their lead. If an ARB or any drug for that matter is going to have a hugely positive effect for your needs they'll put you on it (within reason/cost).

So many studies show the positive effects of this med.

I view it like taking half a cialis 3 * a week for its anti blood clotting / anti stroke effects also.

People still take baby aspirin?

Depends how far you wanna go.

The only person I have seen push this is Victor Black something about angiotensin II he's always banging on about.

Do you take both?

I’ve stopped taking cialis, should start again
