Test levels result

I’m on self prescribed trt at 0.4ml test-c 250 every 4th day administered sub Q

I took the blood on the morning of the 4th day before I did the jab that was due that day so that’ll be my “trough” test level so to speak

The result came back at 23.7nmol or 682ng/dl

Not too bad

I was just wondering would anybody be able to hazard an educated guess as to what my level would be at its peak?

Would it be just a tad higher than that or potentially quite a bit higher? Sub Q would be a slower release for the injection site so I was thinking I could generalise my test is roughly at 25nmol at an average

Anybody any input?

Just thinking logically as I dont think there's a definitive answer
But I'd say you're pretty spot on
You're pinning relatively frequently and only a low dose
I cant see your levels peaking that much it would put you out of range
Compared to pinning 250 once every 10 days for example
Obvious I know but only way you'll get a true reading is test the day after injection
Did you get anything else checked, estrogen etc
Are all your other markers in range and consistent with your test level?
Whats interesting is I've been experimenting with 0.1ml (25mg) daily IM, which works out at 175 weekly which is the same overall dose as you
With every day pinning there will be no significant peaks and troughs
My level is 33.3, so just out of range with all other markers consistent
Estrogen is higher too which I'm good with

No I didn’t get anything else tested as I finished some DHB 6 weeks ago before I started this trt protocol and wanted to give it some time for everything to normalise, say 4 months post starting trt. But I did want to check what my test level was at now to see if it needed adjusting (£28 is peanuts after all)

Now I know it’s 25nmol roughly I can crack on for a while then get comprehensive bloods done and it will hopefully give me a marker to go off for the long term
