when you said natural I thought you just meant under a gram a week I’ve got some Rohm waiting for me at home my mrs just picked it up whilst I’m in work think it’ll have to go in tonight

I’ve got some deca here. I’m thinking to run that for 10 weeks up calories with it obviously and try hit around 210lbs
Then cruise right through summer but try and lean out and stay at 210
Oddly my best results(for me) have come from not having such a strict plan and enjoying it more and just eating when hungry

I got some dbol and ansomone here too. If I use it all together I should be a water buffalo within the end of the first week.

My kids school hours change in January so no more training after work. Which on the plus side I’ll have longer each session but on the down side it will be in the evenings so will be more tired after work and picking the girls up from school
Need bigger arms and suprised by my back and it’s lack of anything lol
