Eating more and using less gear!
I've just rebounded very well from my second show. I reverse dieted from first show into second one 5 weeks apart but after that I haven't held back on food. Wasn't ideal at first but now body has stabilised I'm responding very well to high carbs and a moderate test/primo cycle. I've increased GH slightly and using slin for the first time which is giving that full look
nice one ..well its certainly worked for you,,im going to get some gh soon too with the less gear approach, to aid
recovery more than anything else,any extra size/mass etc would be a plus though.
Eating more good food has made a diff as well.

GH is defo a nice little addition if you can afford it. I used 2.5iu when cruising and that was enough for overall well being and recovery. I've increased it in stages over a couple of weeks and gonna keep it at 7.5iu now split 3 times daily - am, pre wo and pm
I did jump straight in at 10iu and the huge spike made me feel awful, I'm responding well to lower doses which can't be a bad thing

I've not used GH before this so got nothing to compare to but this does everything I expect it to
