    First off, diet has been the most consistent for a long time. Probably topped out at 6000+ cals but whereas normally I’d go low fat and keep pushing carbs, this time I increased fats to about 175g, carbs still high at 7-800g, protein always around 350. Felt a lot healthier and less bloated. It meant I could keep pushing food without pulling back
    Gear, I can only say what I’d advise
    600 test, 550 primo. 6iu GH eod
    20mg dbol last few weeks if sides can be tolerated (which they can’t lol)

    Il throw up a classic sunbed pic just before my holiday 2 weeks ago. Half arsed training and diet this time but ended up alright. Need to sort this nipple oot aswell! Flares up on tren it seems.

    Can’t wait to start fucking growing now and push the food a lot! Cruising for a while then bloods before it’s go time!

    I didn't even weigh myself this time around probably like 200-205lbs. Which is shite innit. But I wanna get to around 210 before I start this bulk phase so il weigh myself on Monday when diet starts again and aim towards 210 cruising before proper going for it. I wanna try get up to about 230 ( never been close before ) But iv got a good 10 month bulking time this time. Any holidays booked I don't give a fuck about how I look until I go away next dec lol

    I don’t think that weight is Shite for that condition tbh
    It also puts you in a very good position to add some size
    What’s your plan re diet?
    Are you gonna do that training plan that was offered on here, was it GP?
