Yeah was dig and yep that's the plan I will follow. Might hit him up after a wee while to work with him also and see how it goes! Diet wise since going on holiday its just been eating and drinking. Gonna have a blow out this weekend with takeaways etc then back on to a diet as of Monday. Going to try and find my maintenance calories and then slowly increase food while on a cruise hopefully get to 210 then il start the cycle aslong as bloods come back decent. Cycle will be test, deca, GH and slin. Nice and simple. First time properly using slin so will likely start out just pre workout then gradually go onto pre and post workout.
